The development of consciousness in all individuals.

Understanding who we really are is a difficult thing, but it is with this personal insight, (when we replace what is not our own thinking - but that of the society around us - with truly independent thinking of our own), that we stand a chance of creating truly meaningful progress in the future.

To believe we know NOW what the solutions are is to apply the same limited constructs of thinking that we currently posses. This plan is about raising consciousness to EXPLORE more accurately what those solutions might look like.

If this plan sounds too unrealistic - then we should ask ourselves why we feel this is unrealistic. Why are we afraid of attempting something like this?

This plan works at all levels from Individual, through families, the local community, and the global community. It can be short-term (in that it starts immediately once any individual decides to raise their own consciousness) and long-term.

Creating mechanisms to provide the supportive conditions for others to break free of the limits and fear of their thinking is a simple process - but these mechanisms need to be (and remain) completely free of agenda - that is other than the agenda to provide those supportive conditions.

Who knows how long it might take to achieve this plan. It would more than likely (although it's impossible to predict accurately) come under fire from anyone who is unwilling to address their own fears.

Everyone is involved.

we definitely need to produce some kind of system, protocol, to improve the chances of wisdom surfacing... the current practice seems to me not to bring the most wise individuals to the top of industry, business, government, science or entertainment... or even religious institutions...
